Have you ever wondered what it would feel like to be John Henry, owner of the Red Sox or Robert Kraft, owner of the New England Patriots?
Some business owners tell us sponsoring a Wellesley Little League baseball or softball team gives them just a hint of what that’s like. They love going to games, seeing their logo around town on uniforms, and displaying their team photo in their place of business. Others just enjoy supporting youth sports and the exposure it offers their business.
Whatever the reason, Wellesley Little League’s sponsorship program for baseball and girls’ softball teams has been a big success the past nine years. If you choose to support this program, you’ll receive the following publicity as expressions of our thanks:
Your business name will be printed on the uniform of each team you support.
We will recognize our sponsors in a Wellesley Townsman ad.
We will acknowledge your support at the annual Pancake Breakfast.
Your business will be acknowledged on the Little League banner in the Wellesley Parade.
Sponsor names will run along a streaming banner at the bottom of the Little League website.
We will acknowledge sponsors at the All Star game.
We’ll send a wall plaque with a team photo.
The cost is $250 for the first team and $200 for each additional team. We anticipate at least 65 softball and baseball teams needing sponsorship for the upcoming Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter 2010 season. Your support would be greatly appreciated in the Wellesley Baseball and Softball community!
